Listing is for a nice vintage Tag Heuer 980.029 1000 series. This watch has been professionally serviced and the finishes have been restored to factory specifications. Reliable, fully functional, and ready to wear.

The dial lume has degraded with age and is no longer present, the hands have been replaced with silver hands and relumed and glow as intended. The PVD coating was removed in order to give this the look of a 980.013 but with a gold font dial like an early Submariner. Case size: 37.5mm without crown (40mm with crown and crown guards). The case has been professionally refinished to the factory finishes featuring polished sides and brushed horizontal surfaces.

It is stunning in person and looks as close to new as possible considering its age. New battery which should be good for two years or more. The Swiss ETA movement is new and working as intended.

The crystal is new and flawless. It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable!

The bezel and insert are new and in excellent condition though from a different model. This watch comes with the a solid link bracelet featuring a genuine Tag Heuer clasp cover. The bracelet will fit up to an 8 wrist.
