Listing is for a very nice vintage Tag Heuer 980.013 1000 series. This watch has been professionally serviced and the finishes have been restored to factory specifications. Reliable, fully functional, and ready to wear.

Case size: 37.5mm without crown (40mm with crown and crown guards). The case has been professionally refinished to the factory finishes featuring polished sides and brushed horizontal surfaces. It is stunning in person and looks as close to new as possible considering its age. There some darkening of the lower level hour indices but the watch presents very well despite this aging. The caseback has been replaced at some point in its life with a 980.020 caseback but that doesnt affect the usefulness or any dimension as they are identical except for the engraving.

New battery which should be good for two years or more. The Swiss ETA movement is original and working well as intended. The crystal is new and flawless. It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable!

The bezel insert is new and in excellent condition. This watch comes with the pictured chocolate brown leather rally style strap. If you prefer a different color strap just let us know and we can see what we have in stock. All seals (case back, crown, and crystal gasket) were replaced. This watch features a screw down crown.
