Vintage TAG HEUER 1000 980.113 Lume Dial Submariner Night Diver Style Watch

  

Listing is for a nice vintage pre-Tag Heuer 980.113 Night Diver with the beautiful tritium full lume dial. The dial is in excellent condition and glows brightly when charged. Any tritium watch of this age will not glow for a long time due to the natural degradation of the glowing properties. No other accessories are included besides the booklet and service replacement parts as pictured.

This watch has been professionally serviced. Reliable, fully functional, and ready to wear. Case size: 38mm without crown (40mm with crown and crown guards). The case is in nice condition and is the L variant case which is approximately 2mm thicker than the later Tag variants which is a plus.

New battery which should be good for two years or more. The Swiss ETA movement is new and functioning as intended. The crystal is new and flawless.

It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable! The bezel insert is original and in excellent condition for the age. This watch comes with a new Tropic STYLE rubber strap which very closely replicates the original straps. All seals (case back, crown, and crystal gasket) were replaced. This watch features a screw down crown.
