Listing is for a vintage 1987 Tag Heuer 980.013L that has been fully sorted. Fully functional, and ready to wear.

Classic styling in a reliable package. No winding so just grab and go!

This is a transitional version (L series) which has a thicker caseback than the later B, N, or D series. These are approx 2mm thicker than those later versions which gives the watch a bit more presence on the wrist. Case size: 38mm without crown (40mm with crown and crown guards). New battery which should be good for two years or more. The original Swiss ESA movement is clean and functioning as intended.

It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable! The bezel insert is original and in excellent condition for its age which is quite hard to find these days. This watch comes with the original Tag Heuer jubilee bracelet which fits up to a 7.5 wrist. All seals (case back, crown, and crystal gasket) were replaced. This watch features a screw down crown.
