Glamorous large vintage 1980s earrings from the highly reputable and fashionable New York department store Bergdorf Goodman. These beautifully made earrings have a distinctive Art Deco odeonesque style which makes them popular and sought-after in todays market. They are crafted from base metal plated with rhodium and the design contrasts the smooth reflective plated'wings' with a central ridge and a disc which are encrusted with sparkling white Swarovski crystals. They are unusual and very eye-catching. The earrings are in immaculate condition with no damage whatsoever and all the crystals are present and original.

Bergdorf Goodman is famous for its spectacular fine jewellery room but also, in the 1980s, commissioned its own branded range of top quality costume jewellery pieces from selected designers. These earrings are a good and rare example of the quality associated with the name Bergdorf Goodman and both earrings are signed BG on the reverse.
